Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Monday attended the Punar Pratishthapana Sohala (re-consecration ceremony) of the revered Shree Dev Khapareshwar Devasthan in Porvorim, marking a significant spiritual and cultural occasion for the local community.
Speaking at the ceremony, the Chief Minister expressed his reverence for the temple’s history and spiritual significance. He said that the newly consecrated temple radiates renewed beauty and divine grace, and that the sacred atmosphere would further elevate the spiritual presence of Shree Khapareshwar in the hearts of devotees.
Dr. Sawant also offered prayers for the continued well-being of the people of Goa. “May Dev Shree Khapareshwar’s divine blessings continue to bestow peace, prosperity, and well-being upon all,” he said.
The event witnessed the participation of temple trustees, priests, devotees, and prominent locals, celebrating the rich traditions and heritage associated with Shree Dev Khapareshwar.
