Margao: Rahma The Mercy Social Welfare Trust, in collaboration with the Church of Our Lady of Grace, Margao, and New Vrundavan Hospitals, organized a free health camp in the city, drawing a strong response from the community.
Over 130 people availed themselves of the free services, which included blood pressure and sugar level check-ups, eye examinations, medical consultations, ECG testing, and breast cancer screening. The camp not only provided much-needed medical assistance but also emphasized preventive healthcare and early detection of illnesses.
Beyond healthcare, the initiative carried a larger message of peace, harmony, and brotherhood, bringing together people from different walks of life under one roof. Organizers expressed their commitment to continuing such welfare programs to serve society and promote holistic well-being.
