Mapusa: The Goa State Council for Educational Research and Training (GSCERT), in collaboration with Mumbai-based edutech company UNOCUE, continued its statewide taluka-wise and stream-wise career counselling initiative for Grade 12 students, with sessions held at Peddem Sports Complex, Mapusa, for learners from Pernem and Bardez talukas.
Following the inaugural session at Kala Academy for Tiswadi taluka on July 18, 2025, the Mapusa event drew 3,800 students in three batches. The programme was inaugurated by Goa Board Chairman Bhagirath Shetye, GSCERT Director Administration Sarita Gadgil, UNOCUE CEO Dhaval Gandhi, and State Nodal Officer for Career Counselling Chandrakant Shinde.
The drive aims to equip students with the knowledge and guidance needed to make informed career choices, offering expert talks, interactive sessions, and personalised counselling tailored to different academic streams.
